The staff were very responsive and attentive. Dinner was enjoyable and better than the breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a moderate experience, though cleanliness could be improved.

The hotel lacks basic facilities to be able to charge the amount they do . No lifts from basement parking to the ground . Room didn't have air conditioning working in spite of advance notice to keep the rooms ready . After reporting it , the person said some setting at the basement has changed and it will work in 10 min and I waited 40 min. I had to argue at midnight to get a different room . If facilities are not working don't allot the room . Next hot water was not available and I was told it's switched off in the night. Even in the new room the ac flow was not good and fan was mandatory to spread the air. Nobody to help with luggage. However the place from ground floor upwards was wheelchair accessible throughout. They had their own wheelchair which made it easier. Security staff were helpful with the wheelchair handling and vehicle parking. Breakfast was good though they can improve in the variety and taste . Non veg was kept in the middle of items instead of one corner . No information on veg or not in most item names . Coffee charged exorbitantly at 185 each. Mini bar is charged exorbitantly and this hotel charges for bottled water , except their own packaged water which is not even sealed. They can provide a shaving kit, soap bar,shower cap,comb etc like other hotels. I would have rated 1 star based on the first day behaviour but after the change of rooms there were no other problems and have rated them 3 star. Please educate your reception staff to provide rooms which have all facilities and not argue with customers about it.

Hotel Review: Zone Connect by The Park, Coimbatore I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I booked the hotel for 5 days with breakfast and dinner included. The dinner served was of poor quality—especially the chicken biryani, which barely had any chicken in it. At the restaurant, I placed my mobile on the table and went to get food. When I returned, a staff member rudely told me not to sit there, saying the table was reserved for a group of 12 people, even though no one had arrived yet. I was forced to move and eat at another table with strangers. This was uncomfortable and felt very disrespectful. The behavior of the restaurant staff was unprofessional and harsh. Overall, the service and food quality were far below expectations. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
