Zone Connect by The Park Mussoorie

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff at Zone Connect for their outstanding support during a recent medical emergency during our stay in Mussoorie. Your care, professionalism, and prompt action were truly commendable. A special word of appreciation for Manager Deepak, whose calm presence, quick coordination, and genuine concern were deeply reassuring in a stressful time. His efforts went above and beyond, and we are sincerely grateful. Thank you all for turning a difficult moment into a reminder of kindness and humanity

I had a wonderful stay at The Zone Connect by Park in Mussoorie. The location is absolutely stunning — perched on a hill with a panoramic view of the Doon Valley. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a cozy hill-station vibe. The staff was polite, always ready to help, and ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, especially the North Indian. They even arranged a bonfire night for us, which made the evening special. It’s just a 5-minute walk from Mall Road, so it’s peaceful but still close to all the main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, families, or even solo travelers looking for comfort and great views.

We booked a family room in June and it was the worst experience of our trip. The room was located just near the main entrance of the hotel outside the main building as if we are staying in the guard room or staff quarter. Moreover, the room had a very unpleasant smell which was unbearable. The bathroom was very dirty with creepy insects and worms all over the place that my children didn’t even take a bath that day. The location of the place was so unreachable by the car that it took us 1-1.5 hrs to reach the place that too after calling the manager several times. Giving 2 stars because it was near the Mall Road. The behaviour of the staff was also very harsh. When we complained about the bathroom and the room next morning, the manager was like now you are telling after spending the whole night. We informed him about the smell and the location of the room on the previous day also but we saw the insects the next morning. So how could we inform him earlier? Overall a bad experience and I think we would never be staying again in Zone connect ever.
