Zone Connect by The Park Port Blair

We had a wonderful experience at Zone Connect by The Park. The ambiance is modern and welcoming, with well-maintained rooms and excellent amenities. The staff was courteous and attentive, making our stay comfortable from start to finish. A special mention to Mr. Rahul, who served us during lunch. He was exceptionally polite, efficient, and ensured we had everything we needed. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. Our stay at Zone Connect Port Blair was overall a pleasant experience. We booked two premium rooms, each featuring a small balcony that offered a lovely view of the lake. However, since our rooms were located on the first floor and higher-floor rooms were unavailable at check-in, the view was somewhat obstructed. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Cleanliness was commendable, contributing to a refreshing and relaxing atmosphere. When it came to dining, the food tasted great, though the buffet breakfast lacked variety, which could be improved for a better experience. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the hospitality. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist, adding to the hotel's welcoming ambiance. Their helpfulness was especially evident when a poolside party with loud music continued until late in the evening. Given our first-floor location, the noise was quite noticeable. However, upon inquiring, the staff promptly arranged to stop the loud music, which was greatly appreciated and demonstrated their commitment to guest comfort. The only notable drawback was the location—the hotel is situated far from the city center, which might be inconvenient for easy access to local shops, restaurants etc. Despite minor inconveniences, our stay was enjoyable, and the serene surroundings made it a peaceful retreat.

The hotel is exceptionally wonderful with a nice location and beautiful rooms. The staff here is very hospitable and friendly and the service is quick and pleasant. Got my room upgraded to premium twice without even asking for it. Food is amazing and they provide multiple options at their breakfast as well as food buffet. The manager is very good to talk to and he himself also makes sure you have a pleasant stay here. There was a complimentary pool party and i enjoyed a lot. Overall 11/10 experience. Would 100% recommend
