Zone Connect by The Park Udaipur

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was not like the other Park hotel. Overall 2 star category hotel. Quality of rooms and building is not good. Hotel occupancy was also quite low. Room AC doesn't cool fast. It takes 2-3 hours for proper cooling. Swimming pool water was not clean. Bathroom condition was also not upro the mark. Food was good. However breakfast spread was the almost same with minor changes on both days.

Do NOT BOOK Save your money, time, and sanity. Zone by The Park, Udaipur is a disaster. 🚨 One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The service at Zone by The Park, Udaipur is pathetic, unprofessional, and shockingly careless. From the moment we arrived: • The guard watched us struggle with our luggage — no welcome, no parking help, no basic courtesy. • No staff showed up to assist with anything. • The restaurant was closed without warning. • We were refused basic things like drinking water and ice — yes, water. • We complained multiple times — and they still didn’t care. Zero response. Zero responsibility. This wasn’t a “bad day.” This is a complete failure of hospitality. If you’re thinking of staying here — DON’T. @zonebythepark @theparkhotels — You seriously need to fix this disaster of a property before daring to call yourselves a “hotel brand.”

Very bad . waste our money and time there . As we were staying for 2 nights we booked a suit room. It was not that good as it was shown in the picture. Jacuzzi was all rusted and not functioning properly With No hot water supply. The staff took 3 hours just to supply hot water from there boiler as they don't have 24 hours hot water supply and when we requested to change our room we were denied to do soo by the front desk staff . Breakfast was tasteless and less variety of food and all the dishes was same as yesterday. No early morning or fresh n up rooms provided for guest especially form some who are travelling from 24 hours. No wifi facility informed to us . Only housekeeping staff were welcoming. Even after returning back to our home my fiance got sick due to quality of food .
