big rooms no receptionist. carpeted floors are dirty and occasionally wet. old equipment. very big room and free drinks though.

Decent location but trash other than that. Rooms were stinky, dirty, and strangely laid out. Check in is self service and we had a lot of trouble with it. The elevator is tiny and can barely fit four people. It also does not detect people very well and will close on you as you go in. It also closes in less than 10 seconds. It is a great location and there are quite a few luxury hotels and restaurants around it. I would definitely not come back or recommend to anyone tho

Worst hotel I stayed at during my two week trip to Japan. Absolute dump of a place - everything was broken - toilet controls, fan, bathroom light, door stop, filthy sofa hadn’t been cleaned for years probably. Even a record player on display was broken, and the controls on the Dyson fan. When we asked for an extra blanket, they flatly refused, although for a six person occupancy room they had provided only three blankets. Never in my life a hotel has refused such an ordinary request! The whole place is unmanned, so you have to message some dork sitting elsewhere for help. This place goes against everything that Japan stands for. Cleanliness, efficiency, politeness. Avoid this place. In fact, reconsider visiting Fukuoka itself. Many other interesting places in Japan to experience.
