This is a nice, smaller hotel. It was quiet at night, even on the weekend. Rooms are a good size and the bathroom includes a large bathtub, which is fantastic. It is about a 25 minute walk from Grand Place and the train station, but there is public transit nearby. This is a very good hotel for value.
Rooms interior & lighting were not up to 4stat category in my understanding! Reception & dying hall design is nice. Breakfast & coffee were also good. Most of the staffs were very nice except one very very moody & unprofessional one!
Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in my life. We complained about noisy neighbouring guests at around 12am, 20 minutes later the reception staff thought it was a good idea to ring our very loud telephone to let us know they asked people to be quiet which woke all of us up again. Same noisy guests came by our door singing and shouting at 3am again, reception did not say anything about it. As other reviews mentions as well: floor is insanely noisy, and you can hear people breathe on the other side of the door. It’s literally a youth hostel.
