Zorlu Grand Hotel Trabzon

Zorlu Grand Hotel offers an ideal location right in the heart of Trabzon, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The hotel’s central location is truly excellent — close to shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The room was nicely designed, well maintained, and provided a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Cleanliness and upkeep were clearly a priority. Staff at the hotel were consistently friendly, courteous, and eager to help with any requests, adding to the warm and welcoming environment. The only area with room for improvement was the breakfast, which I found to be average in variety and taste compared to the high standards set by the rest of the hotel. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would certainly recommend Zorlu Grand Hotel for its comfort, location, and excellent hospitality.

Great Stay – Highly Recommended The hotel was very clean, in a perfect location, and the staff were friendly and professional. Room service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of quality options. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is fantastic. Wifi is reliable. However, AC doesn't work to cool down the inside rooms. Unfortunately we had an airing problem. It got very hot and the reception service brought us a ventilator which made us sick. AC starts to cool later in the year which is strange for a 5-star-hotel. Besides, the rooms that looks towards the inside hall makes you a little claustrophobic with no fresh air. The rooms are spacious, by the way. And the employees were fantastic.
