This establishment is a highly-rated four-star hotel, offering excellent value. The rooms feature well-maintained beds and comprehensive amenities, including shampoo, body wash, body lotion, hand wash, and four dry towels. A tea preparation area is provided, although cups were not available. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with ample room for movement and prayer. Complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries/doughnuts are available for purchase on the ground floor. Pizza is also offered, though the quality and pricing are currently unconfirmed. Prayer mats, Qurans, and secure lockers are provided for guests' convenience.
Decent experience. Limited parking, if there is a rush then you will not get a permit until someone else leaves. Rooms were decent and clean enough. Good bathrooms with sufficient facilities like hairdryer and toiletries. I wish there were more plugpoints, one for each bed, but we managed. Reception and security were approachable and helpful. Housekeeping were also helpful for simple requests. Kettle was not working, so it was replaced. Wife found stains on the bed but we still managed to sleep. Overall decent experience.
The location is highly convenient—just a short walk to the Haram, with easy access to restaurants and markets nearby, which made the stay more practical. Unfortunately, the room conditions left much to be desired. There was a constant unpleasant odor, the washroom was poorly maintained, and the room felt small and overcrowded. Additionally, privacy was an issue, as noise from neighboring rooms was clearly audible. While the location is definitely a strong point, the hotel needs to improve its room standards to offer a more comfortable and private experience.
