The hotel was amazingly beautiful, considering it was newly built everything was on point. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. There were 3 very clean swimming pools that didn’t have any restrictions which meant that you could jump in the pool whenever you wanted which made our vacation even more fun. There was a slight issue with the location on the maps due to the hotel being only 3 months old however, we were informed about this problem via Whatsapp before we even got there which made our travel fairly easy. The hotel is built in such a good location, the commute to all the beach clubs we wanted to go to were maximum 25 minutes. Receptionists will order your taxi and they will get there in no time. You could order anything at any time to your room. Our rooms were very clean and had a beautiful pool view. It is definitely a hotel that I will revisit and will highly recommend to all friends and family. Thank you very much for all your hard work and great service 💐
Nice place to stay, calm, with beautiful swimming pools, but some things need to be improved : - the location on google maps is wrong. The hotel is closer to Dalyan than to Cešme center. The closest shop or restaurant is 20min walk. The closest beach is 10 min walk. - also, I didn’t know cleaning is on demand. It is good to be informed about all the facilities.
This hotel is a very good example of a bad hotel. Don’t waste your money. We spontaneously booked this hotel as a final option as many others were booked out...our dissatisfaction commenced before even stepping on site as they inaccurately marked their location on their website and failed to clarify and properly communicate via phone calls. After an hour of struggle and stress, we found the hotel after asking 4 people on the streets. Upon arrival, 1 hour after our set check-in time, we informed our reason for the delay to the receptionist who failed to even deliver an apology. Not very professional but we overlooked this. Only to make things worse, we were told to wait another half an hour for the rooms to be cleaned. Once directed to the rooms, we were greeted with an unbearably foul smell in the room. The workers then dismissed our request for a change of room. It is normal for guests to reject staying in a room with unsavoury conditions that no hotel guest should be subject to. We requested a refund and left as soon as possible. I don’t want to outline on the service provided by workers as it was ridiculously below standards and very disappointing. Don’t be fooled by the ambience of the hotel with a pool. For those lodging accommodations, avoid this one, overall a very horrible experience. I’d rate it 0/5 if possible
