Friends, I will tell you why I initially wanted to give this hotel 1 out of 5, but my final rating is 5/5. Having booked a room on Yandex, we went to Sochi by car from Krasnodar, whoever has traveled, understands that the road takes 8 hours along the passes and takes a lot of energy.... Arriving at 21-00 at the hotel, the administrator "Tatiana" asked for identification documents, I had a passport, and the second guest had a driver's license (the voucher from Yandex indicated that you can take another document) To which the administrator Tatiana said that this document is not suitable and she CANNOT check in, offered to make a refund at Yandex and go back =)) And also noted that this is not the first time they have had this situation with Yandex. Only after a long conversation, the administrator called the manager and he allowed us to check in with a photo of our passport (which, by the way, the second guest had!) From this mini-situation, we can immediately conclude that we would like to advise the administrators to behave “delicately” and with mutual respect, and not on the spur of the moment, namely Tatyana) Now my main review of the hotel. The guys are great! I would like to separately note the girls who are in charge of cleaning. The rooms are not the freshest, but they are well-kept and all the accessories: gels, shampoos, and toothbrushes are all there and are added every day. The rooms with a private balcony overlooking the city are super, large and very comfortable in the evening! The buffet is great, they work from 7-00 to 11-00 and tomorrow there is a variety, special thanks for that. They have two pools, one open on the street, the other indoor! The outdoor pool was really a joy! Parking in this section is a separate quest, namely exit and entry. To enter, you need to either make a decent circle or drive under the "no entry" sign for 10 meters! What conclusion can be made: this hotel can be recommended and there is a great desire to return to it.

It was our first time at this hotel. We really liked everything. The staff is polite. The room is nice, the cleaning quality is excellent, the room is equipped 👍 Everything you need for a good rest. The breakfasts are very tasty and there is a large selection of products. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the sea through the park, also a beautiful place. There is a store nearby, many cafes and restaurants, a pharmacy, bus stops. The pool is clean, sun loungers, towels. The view from the balcony 👍 The bar is open 24 hours 😁 Will I come again, definitely!!! I recommend it, you will not regret it 👍

Wonderful hotel: location, service, maintenance are just top notch! The rooms are modern, clean everywhere. Daily cleaning (with replacement/replenishment of necessary accessories). The staff is friendly and absolutely unobtrusive, all possible questions/wishes are resolved within a couple of minutes! The food is also appropriate: for every taste and preference, including for children. Well, the services provided in the hotel were decisive in choosing a place and I was satisfied (outdoor heated pool, indoor and hammam, gym - included in the price - just super!). Well, and separately the spa: rest and relaxation are guaranteed to you 🥰! And all this at a nice price! Thanks to all the staff! This is my first time in Sochi - and this is love from the first stay, largely thanks to you! Vacation in Sochi only in "Zvezdny"! ❤️
