Àlia Bianca Active & Family Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Àlia Bianca Active & Family Hotel in Andalo! The hotel has a very warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was tasty and fresh, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Perfect for families – we felt very welcome with our daughter. Highly recommended!

We stayed 6 nights in this hotel. The hotel has got perfectly clean and elegantly renovated modern rooms. We stayed in a family suite and we had plenty of space for us and to store the bags and the snow clothes. Staff are helpful and ready to satisfy any request. Only one person in the service staff was not enough experienced. The breakfast they offer is delicious with a wide range of sweet and savory options, dinner meals were beautiful every night. The kids club is available in the afternoon and the evening with slides, a balls, pool and games which our children enjoyed. The wellness area is stunning. The location is strategic and close to everything Andalo has to offer. 100% recommended. We’ll definitely be back.

We visited the Hotel for the third time between 4 - 11 February 2023. The family run hotel which is close to all the required amenities has been decorated to an excellent standard and is kept spotless by the friendly staff. It is less than 300m to the main Andalo-Dos Pelà Gondola and a number of Ski Hire Shops. An added bonus is that the hotel can also issue your lift pass, which saves time queuing on your first morning. Being in the middle of the village it is close to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel is impeccably clean in all areas and the staff are friendly and attentive. While not all of the staff speak English it is not a major problem, after all that's what Google Translate was made for. The breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful and if you left the dining room feeling hungry it was your own fault. This was the first time we had visited the Wellness Centre and it is a wonderful calming space. The views from the Jacuzzi are wonderful. The Wellness Centre was so good that we visited it multiple times during the week. The restaurant in the evening was very well run and again the buffet was excellent and plentiful. The Chef's Entrees were very good and encouraged us both to be more adventurous. You pre-selected your meal the day before from one of three first courses and one of three main courses, while there were not always many options to suit my vegetarian wife, if there wasn't a vegetarian option available on the menu the chef would produce a suitable alternative. The options for confirmed meat and fish eaters were numerous and tasty. We did not have many desserts generally because we were too full after all of the earlier courses but the ones, we did have were lovely. We will visit again.
