We occasionally escape to this hotel for a weekend retreat, and it never fails to delight. It offers a rare blend of charm, history, comfort, and exceptional service. Each stay is a thoroughly enjoyable experience. While the rooms are not particularly spacious, they are thoughtfully appointed with everything one might need. The service is outstanding—reception staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely seem to enjoy connecting with guests. The lobby is both stylish and inviting, with ample seating and refreshingly cold citrus-infused water available throughout the day. We savor every moment of our time here and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a romantic and memorable getaway.

Loved staying at this hotel. Very modern, quieter, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Reception staff gave great recommendations for local dining. Only one negative in the parking situation for which there needs to be more information and signage - for example once in the car park how to get to reception, and trying to get the car out again can take up to half an hour. The vehicle lift is slow. You’ll also need a slip from reception to scan before the lift will operate on the way out. This wasn’t explained to us. There were not many alternative parking options so just be aware what to expect and it’s fine. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Wonderful hotel. Very nice modern and big rooms including steamers in them. The layout design and amenities were all great. Part of an excavation on exhibition I'm the ground floor. The hotel is just in front the demolished major mosque and currently the cathedral of the city. Close to the Al Bayzin neighbourhood and not far from the Alhambra It has a parking space where your car is brought down/up by the lift.
