We were there on 16/7-22/7 in a lovely, amazing hotel with exceptional service. A very high-level hotel. Very nice people and they make sure everything is neat and organized from the moment you arrive until you leave the hotel. I had an electrical problem in the room and the manager Bruno made sure to change my room at that moment and it was an extraordinary experience and I guarantee that I will return to this hotel again. Had an issue with another hotel in Lisbon so was looking for a place we could move to. Everyone at Aurea Museum went above and beyond to help and make up for our bad experience elsewhere. Walked in off the street and Antonio at the front desk went out of his way to find us a room for the next night without hitting us with a huge nightly rate. He went as far as telling me to check other websites to make sure they didn't have a better rate. When we arrived the next morning to check in, it only got better. Offers of mimosa, coffee, tea, water before we were even to the front desk. Checked in, yes your room is ready even though it was about 11:30 in the morning. The manager, Bruno, took care of us throughout the check in and stay. Room, spacious, clean, plenty of storage. Nicely done bathroom. Room service was fast and efficient. Check out was smooth without a problem. Love this place and thank you all for making a bad situation into a great one!

Our stay at The Aurea Museum Hotel in Lisbon was incredible! The staff, the rooms, the food were all superb. The location was fantastic, close to all restaurants and tourist attractions. We would like to give a special shoutout to Catarina at the front desk. She was a wealth of knowledge. We asked her for beach recommendations and she sent us to a beautiful beach where we had an awesome day! She was phenomenal! I highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back soon! 😍
