Áurea Toledo

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aurea Hotel in Toledo! The customer service was outstanding—the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. From extra towels, blankets, and hangers to surprising us with champagne and fresh fruit in our room every day, they truly made us feel special. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a huge selection of delicious options. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center of town with breathtaking views of the cathedral. Our room was spacious, warm, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We loved it so much that we extended our stay—and we’ll definitely be booking again when we return to Toledo. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the 5th floor suite with a terrace with a beautiful cathedral view. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Easy to walk to the major sights and various shops and restaurants. The property was very beautiful with many artistic touches. The staff was just okay not up to caliber for this kind of place. We were very impressed by the beauty of the property and the proximity to the sights. Parking is a 7 minute walk away in a parking garage which will cost about 25 euros a night. There are 5 parking spots close to the hotel to unload luggage with a 20 minute max and the streets within the historical district are very narrow. Breakfast on site is 20 euros per person.

This hotel is spectacular. It's four old buildings dating back to the 1100s that they recently renovated for the hotel. The rooms kept remnants of the original designs and art. The location is perfect. I can't wait to come back and stay here again. It's one of my favorite hotels of all time.
