I recently stayed at Cenger Beach Hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent facilities including a relaxing spa, large pool area, and easy access to a stunning private beach. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re looking to unwind or stay active. What really stood out to me was the amazing animation team – they were full of energy, incredibly friendly, and made each day fun and engaging. From morning activities to evening shows, they kept the atmosphere lively without ever being intrusive. They really went above and beyond to make sure all guests felt included and entertained. Overall, I highly recommend Cenger Beach Hotel for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. I’ll definitely be returning!

When booking we were originally given 2 rooms, we had requested a single room for our family of 5. Upon arriving we were then given a room to accommodate all of our family. It's our first time experiencing this hotel and an all inclusive holiday and we have been happily taken care of. The animation have really helped with keeping our young son and daughter entertained. I would like to send a huge shout out to Ahmet and the Animation team who have been very kind and helpful to us. Our kids have come away learning a few different phrases in different languages...

The most important and biggest drawback is that this hotel is located in a completely isolated area – Side is 25 km from the main sightseeing spots. Nearby, there's only a pharmacy and a supermarket (three of which are located in the same building). The hotel rooms need renovation and are definitely not 5-star standard, more like 3-star. Frequent power outages and noisy generators are especially bothersome at night, so much so that the noise woke us up in the middle of the night. Not only was it loud, but it was completely dark. The hotel is heavily geared towards Russian guests; despite half the hotel being Polish, none of the staff speaks a word of Polish. Worse still, with a few exceptions, it was also very difficult to communicate in English, as everything was in Russian, including the entertainment staff. The staff was not very friendly, except for the luggage carrier, the dining room manager, and the guest relations lady. Everyone else seemed to be there as a punishment and was rude, including the entertainment lady, who was off-putting simply by her appearance and demeanor. The attractions were very poor; there was only one show worth seeing throughout the week. The beach was sandy and pebbly, and I wouldn't recommend entering the water on the rocks without shoes. If you've made it this far, there are two positives: a fish restaurant, which you could book for an evening at, and a free 15-minute massage, also included in your stay. The hotel also offers shops and services, such as a hairdresser and an arcade.
