Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul

This is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are beautifully furnished and quite comfortable. All staff members are highly professional and cheerful. We stayed in a garden view room and still had a nice view of the water. The breakfast meals offered a large variety of tasty options. We took advantage of the hotel’s airport pickup service. While not free, it was well worth the expense. We were met at the arrival gate and moved swiftly through customs and onto a luxury car that took us to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul.

Highlight of my Turkey trip. From the moment I arrived, to departure, I felt thoroughly taken care of and welcomed. The historical palace building and adjacent guest rooms are both joy to look at, hoteliers are extremely attentive and considerate (Egemen for one, even reminded me to check my phone and passport before bidding farewell to the airport), amenities are luxurious and offers a local touch. All in all, I wish I could return and extend my stay!

This hotel is considered – and I truly believe it is – one of the best in the city. The room was beautifully designed, the staff extremely helpful, and the amenities exceeded expectations. However, I couldn’t give it a perfect score because on the first night there was a wedding held in a nearby room, and the noise was quite disturbing, making it difficult to sleep. At this level, and for the price point, I believe the hotel should take greater care to protect its guests' comfort and ensure that such situations are either prevented or better managed. It’s a matter of maintaining the standard that matches its reputation and cost. Aside from that, everything else was excellent, and I would still recommend it for a high-quality stay.
