The inn really offers comfort with its strategic location in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to various points of interest and business centers. In addition, the staff is always friendly and prompt in serving the needs of the guests, creating a pleasant and warm atmosphere. The facilities provided are very complete and varied, ranging from a mini soccer field suitable for filling leisure time with sports activities, a swimming pool for relaxing, to a gym equipped with modern equipment to support a fitness routine. To start the day, the breakfast options available are adequate, with a wide variety of menu options that meet your taste and nutritional needs. Although it offers a lot of convenience and comfort, the prices offered are still quite affordable, making it an ideal choice for travelers and business people who want comfort without having to spend too much money.
Very simple hotel In my opinion, it is not worthy for 4 stars hotels. Rooms are very small and I didn’t like the smell of the spray that used over all the hotel even inside the rooms. I feel it’s like insects spray. No safe guards near to swimming pool and they just wrote s notice about that to clear their responsibility. Even the life vast they are renting them for the kids. However, it has a good city view and very clean rooms.
The only good thing about this hotel is its location, connected to Lotte Mall and near MOI. But beyond that, I’m still wondering how they got a four-star rating. The basement is scary, dirty, and dark. Even the cutlery for breakfast is scarce, and the service at the breakfast banquet is extremely slow. I don’t think they are prepared to handle the peak season during school holidays. The room is dark and dirty; when I opened the curtains, dirt covered my hand 😅😅… The female receptionist also needs training on stress management and handling customer complaints — after dealing with a guest’s complaint, she gave a 😤😤 expression to me, which is unacceptable service. I really wonder how they earned such a high rating. This is the experience my entire family and I had. For sure, my family and I will not be coming back. Once was enough — never again.
