Êmm Hotel Hoi An

I had a pleasant 3 night stay here as part of my tour. Rooms are clean and spacious, and are cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet is good. Pool seemed lively. Staff are helpful. Walking distance to the Old Town (or a short Grab ride). Castle Spa around the corner offers happy hour 8am-8pm (30% discount on massages)

I really enjoyed my stay at ÊMM Hotel Hoi An. The staff were friendly and communicated well — from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team. I especially appreciated how the restaurant staff took the time to answer my questions about local food. The hotel itself is simple, clean, and spacious, exactly what I like. The location was great — walking distance to the main tourist areas but just far enough to offer a bit of peace and quiet, which made it perfect for me. I also spent a little time just sitting and looking at their garden. It’s a simple, unpretentious place, and it feels very genuine. The pool was well-used by guests, which I take as a good sign — it shows people were comfortable enough to relax and enjoy themselves. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly place to stay in Hoi An. I also would stay there again.

The staff here are very polite and attentive, always ready to help and meet my needs. They made me feel welcome and cared for. The space around the hotel is very quiet, making me feel relaxed and peaceful. The surrounding scenery is also wonderful, with beautiful natural landscapes. The swimming pool at the hotel is also very clean and safe, making me feel comfortable to relax and entertain. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience at this hotel. I will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family.
