We only stayed one night, but everything was quite lovely. Room service was surprisingly affordable compared to North American hotels. The lobby was well-appointed with the location's eatery adjacent. Food was great, though figuring out how to get the menu and which menu was for what time was more of a challenge. There were USB ports on each side of the bed. Plenty of places to plug things in for electricity. Lots of lights. The headboard of the bed was attractive, though not the greatest to lean on due to the design. The bed was comfortable and my pillow was too. I didn't get a chance to see the upstairs areas, but the main floor and 1st floor were decorated in a pleasing manner. Hotel employees were all polite. Service was excellent. I hope to stay here again in the future! It was a nice little gem to find. :)

We went for tea time, it has a nice chill out vibe. Limited but interesting menu, coffee is pretty good. It has an outdoor area which seems perfect for summer nights and barbeque dishes. Prices are correct.

The room is great, it was the deciding factor for my choosing of this hotel while commuting. It offers two services, we chose the standard service with a king bed because we thought that the additional perks of the premium room wasn't worth it. Other than a nicer room, they say that they'll give you popcorn to enjoy a Netflix movie (you have to input your account). The good: the room is really nice. It has a lot of natural light, the view isn't blocked by neighboring tall buildings. The food service, although niche, was really good; we had stake with fries and it was fantastic. Breakfast options were really good, and the bar had very interesting choices. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The bad: The hotel location isn't the best, but I personally didn't mind it as I had a car. The hotel is not cheap. Ordering something to eat or drink will make you think twice as they are really expensive! Staying in the hotel to eat is at least 50% more expensive than going to a restaurant. And they even charge an extra fee for room delivery. All in all, I was pleased by the hotel and don't specially regret my stay in it, but it will not stay in my memory as a particularly good hotel to go.
