We loved our stay here in the heart of Merida. The staff were exceptional from the very beginning. I recommend the breakfast, which was delicious every morning. They had wifi to stay connected and AC! Very safe, clean and an easy short walk to the plaza. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay memorable.
The service and hosts were perfect and so very helpful at every occasion. Water pressure issues during our stay and no in-room refrigerator or iron were the only disadvantages, but if you want to be in easy walking distance of just about everything in Centro and have great service and comfort, be sure to give them a chance.
Frustrated because of very poor breakfast. It does not look as on the homepage at all: omelett with cheese only, one toast and little bit of bean paste. The next building is 20 cm from our window, so we watched the wall. Didn't even knew, that so kind of rooms are available there to prevent this. The staff does not speak English at all, but in Mexico not suprise any more. There was the same fluff in the bathroom from the first till the last day of our stay. But anyway the beds are comfortable and location of the hotel is good. Hotel has parking space, but it's ok to park along the road on the street infront of the hotel (only along yellow curb).
