Amazing apartment right in the center of Avignon. The owner is really nice and makes himself available . We had the apartment with the private hammam ! It was wonderful and so relaxing. The bed and the pillows were SO comfy... i totally recommend
Apartment ideally located in the heart of Avignon and very warm welcome. We chose the bubble room which was very original and comfortable. However, we are very disappointed... the gentleman who welcomed us informed us that many items were broken by a previous tenant. He wanted to talk about the entrance handle that opens every other time with a lot of force, the broken soap dispenser, and one of the two jacuzzi speakers. In addition, the room seems very well equipped, but as soon as we look closer, there is only one glass of soft drink for two so we have to drink fruit juice in a glass of champagne, the same for the small coffee cup... Finally, we are not able to arrive at the time we want, we have to make an appointment and we waited 20 minutes upon our arrival while someone came to give us the parking map. Likewise for departure, we were told to return the keys at 11:15 a.m. and at 11 a.m. we knocked on our door and removed the lock from our door to put it on another room. For the price, there is too much to complain about!
We stayed there in May 2021, we had bubble accommodation. The parking lot is small for a family vehicle. The cleanliness of the room was very average. The jacuzzi at 35.5 degrees max did not allow us to really enjoy it. Otherwise the location is great. For us the service is not worth the price.
