Özkaymak Falez Hotel

This hotel is rated 5 stars, but unfortunately, it falls far below even basic expectations. The rooms are extremely dirty and outdated, with a yellow-stained toilet, cockroaches on the floor, and beds so hard it feels like sleeping on bricks. The shower has almost no water pressure, making it nearly unusable. Every time I returned to the room, my key card was deactivated, adding constant frustration. The staff behavior was one of the worst aspects. Nearly every time I walked in, around five staff members would stare uncomfortably, making me feel like I didn’t belong there. There was even shouting, which made the atmosphere feel aggressive and unwelcoming. Breakfast was poor, with very limited and low-quality options. On top of that, loud music from a nearby hotel continued until midnight, making it hard to relax or sleep. The only positive was the central location and the nice view, but that alone doesn’t come close to justifying the “5-star” label. I would not recommend this hotel and strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you value comfort, cleanliness, and respectful service. Unfortunately here on the review I can’t choose 0 stars. Run away from this hotel.

Worst hotel ever! This place is nowhere near 5 stars — more like 2 at best. Even the staff told us to leave and find a better, more beautiful hotel. The beds, the service, the smell, the dirt… just awful overall. I have so much to say, but I’ll stay silent. I would not recommend this place to anyone! You get absolutely nothing for your money. I’ve stayed at many luxury 5-star resorts, and this place is definitely not one of them. First and last time — for sure. Even the food.. you Can Only laugh at it when you see it.

The hotel only looks good in Lobby and outside. Once you get inside the room you will realize this is not a 5 star hotel. Room was dirty, bed not tucked in nicely, lights flickering, balcony room for one chair only. All inclusive food was like for prisoners. Low quality, no taste and full of oil. When asked the front desk to change the room, they said they were full, but when going online the hotel was available. We were paying around $250 a night here and we left and went to Hotel Su, which I fully recommend, and we even paid less, $200 a night.
