I would vote for 2.5 stars, not 5*!!! I am NOT RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL! Immediately after arrival, instead of two separate rooms we got one, so cold big family room, in reality was not so big. The second day they tried to keep us for another night in the same room. Of course I did not agreed, fortunately we got two rooms later. One of three elevator was not working at all, you could feel the discomfort especially with small kids, otherwise I would use the stairs (6 floor). Hotel overcrowded, the beach was overcrowded too. The beach lounge chairs were occupied (towel over them) from 6:00 AM (the ones in shadow), at 7:00AM you could have some partially with shadow. At 10:00AM you had nothing. A lot of them were occupied redundantly, the people was not there...simply a mess. People from the vicinity hotel came for the dinner in the restaurant, overcrowded, no dish, no spun, no fork...5 stars hotel? NO WAY. A lot of people was smoking during the breakfast (on the outside terrace) and also on the beach. The hotel/breakfast manager told me that it is not forbidden to smoke outside. That it is... Long queues for food, for elevator, the food was not for 5 stars..quite repetitive, and app 15 minutes before the end of lunch/dinner, they started to clean the staff, taking the food, etc, This hotel has no child potty. After third day promising that they will bring one, I have resigned... The drinks in the buffet were always different taste (even I have asked the same; it was dependent on the barman)

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service we received during our recent stay at your hotel. We arrived late at night after a long journey, having pre-booked and fully paid for a private room for five people. To our surprise and dismay, we were placed in a room with other guests, which is completely unacceptable. This not only violates the terms of our booking but also disregards basic standards of comfort and privacy. The following morning, I approached the reception desk to request that we be moved to the room we had booked and paid for. However, I was told that no rooms were available. This response is completely unacceptable, especially given that our reservation had been made and confirmed in advance. In addition to this, the toilet in the room was not functioning, and we had to wait until midnight for it to be repaired. This is a serious violation of hygiene and basic service standards. What was even more upsetting was the behavior of your staff: in the morning, the receptionist raised their voice and told me that I “do not understand” the situation. Excuse me, but how is such treatment of guests even possible? we visited this hotel before and everything was fine about 5 years ago and when we decided to come here again it will be a big mistake. My vacation is in great stress, I can't believe it. I shouldn't have to run to the reception the whole vacation and ask for my room that I paid for, THINK VERY WELL BEFORE GOING TO THIS HOTEL!!!

RUN !!!! DO NOT RUIN YOUR VACATION I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay was so far below expectations that I feel I have to warn others. Ozkaymak Select Resort Hotel in Alanya turned out to be the most disappointing hotel experience I’ve ever had. The reception was cold and unwelcoming. The young woman at the front desk was visibly unfriendly and communication was nearly impossible due to the poor level of English spoken by most staff. Overall, there was a general lack of hospitality and care. The food was another major issue. Guests rushed to the buffet like it was a survival race, simply because there wasn’t enough for everyone. Breakfast is supposed to last until 10 am, but if you arrive even by 9, most of the food is already gone. The quality is extremely low. Nothing tastes fresh, everything feels frozen or prepackaged, and the eggs were barely cooked. The woman at the egg station didn’t seem to care at all. There was no variety, no Turkish cuisine to discover, just bland, industrial food that made every meal disappointing. At the pancake station, the situation was absurd. The cook had a huge grill but only used half of it, even with a long queue of people waiting. It genuinely felt like they were being deliberately slow and inefficient, possibly to reduce how much people ate. The beach snack bar was even worse. This is not an exaggeration — I didn’t taste a single thing there that was even remotely good. Everything was either dry, flavorless or poorly prepared. The staff were very unpleasant, bordering on rude, and it made the experience even more frustrating. The ice cream situation was ridiculous. You can only get it at a specific time once a day, and you have to queue in the sun with dozens of others. When your turn finally comes, it’s not uncommon to be told there’s no ice cream left. That’s it — no solution, no refill, nothing. In any decent all-inclusive, ice cream is just available, without all that hassle. Even finding a place to sit and eat was a challenge. The dining area was far too small for the number of guests, and the same applied to the lobby. When the hotel offered slightly different food outside, you had to wait in line for over 20 minutes to get a small portion. It was tiring and made every meal feel like a chore. Desserts were repetitive, overly sweet, and generally just not enjoyable. The beach was another source of frustration. If you didn’t wake up around 6 am to claim a sunbed, you had no chance. There was no system, no allocation per room, and no organization. Room cleaning was also badly handled. When toiletries ran out, they weren’t replaced. Towels placed on the floor for changing were taken, but new ones were not provided. It felt sloppy and disorganized, like no one was checking anything properly. Also The Wi-Fi disconnected constantly. We also had a period with no air conditioning, no electricity, and even no running water. For a hotel that advertises itself as 5 stars, this is completely unacceptable. The general atmosphere was far from relaxing. Many guests were loud, disrespectful, and lacked basic manners. It made it even harder to enjoy anything. I genuinely regret choosing this hotel. It delivered none of the comfort, service or quality it promised. I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone.
