Şah Saray Cave Suites Halal Hotel

My recent stay at Sah Saray Cave Suites was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The staff were equally attentive and professional. They were always available to assist with any request, no matter how big or small. Whether it was providing recommendations for local restaurants or arranging transportation, they did so with a smile and a can-do attitude. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly remarkable and made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, my experience at Sah Saray Cave Suites was unforgettable, and I cannot thank the whole team enough for their outstanding service. Amazing hotel, with great location and fantastic staff! The front desk staff offered great recommendations on where to go and what to do and helped us organize our hot air balloon ride. The rooms are incredible but icing on the cake was the scrumptious Turkish breakfast. Orhan & Turgut made our mornings super special. Their service was outstanding!

We stayed here for a night and it was a great experience. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff members are helpful and friendly, providing a lot of information about the area. The view from the terrace is great. We visited during Ramadan so the restaurant was closed until 7pm but they prepared breakfast and delivered to our room so we could eat in comfort. They also delivered a plate of fruits and warm milk at night which is a nice touch. They gave us a gift which is a box of Turkish Delight when we left. I booked a mixed tour with them that includes visiting an underground city but there was some confusion regarding what time the tour finishes so in the end we missed out on the underground city. They promptly refunded us the amount that we paid extra for that. Would be more than happy to stay here again if we come back to Cappadocia.
