Highly recommended! This is a beautiful guesthouse in a quiet village, just a 40-minute drive from Ljubljana. The breakfast is excellent, and the hostess loves to share stories about Slovenia and nearby hotspots. If you truly want to discover Slovenia, this is the place to go. I’m so happy I stayed here! The location was so lovely and peaceful - I wish I had more time in Ribnica. The homestead itself was lovely - nicely updated, cool dining area, and a very cozy room with thoughtful notes all around :-) the breakfast was delicious. Peter and Lea were exceptional hosts. One of the most amazing places on my travels. I have been to Slovenia 12 times and have always operated from there. It is a piece of paradise in the middle of beautiful Slovenian forests. In the valley, where there are mountains and hills on both sides. you will climb from the dining room right onto the perfectly groomed lawn. in summer there is a beautiful green blanket. in winter again due to the perfect placement of the white blanket. I can't forget to mention the perfect interior here. beautiful rooms and perfect kitchen, with fireplace, for a pleasant winter evening with a bottle of wine I'm already looking forward to staying here again.
