This hotel is great. The views are magnificent straight out the window. The service is also amazing. I highly recommend the swimming pool for it is heated and completely free to enter. The rooms are alright. Its what you expect from a hotel. You get free food at the dining area, which tastes great. Its an amazing hotel and i highly recommend it.
Lovely pool, excellent rooms and incredible setting. Let down by the restaurant and the presence of a very rude head waiter who we saw being openly hostile to various guests on a daily basis. His horrible presence in the dining room made us want eat quickly and leave.
Brilliant location for Julian Alps. We were in the four star section of the hotel which it does not really deserve. Room was not well cleaned when we arrived and carpets stained. Reception staff were unclear on whether sauna was included or not and there was never anyone on the wellness area reception to check so we couldn’t use it. The pool area was good although a lot of children including using the hot tub so again we couldn’t use it. Breakfast was good not exceptional. I would say this was more of a 3 star plus hotel.
