++new,spotless clean,park and nature, design, breakfast buffet, very comfy bed, big pool --horrible guidance between the buildings,temp in room not properly regulatable(in night just heatening mit 24-25degrees), not possible to lock the rooms door properly, crazy price policy (bograch in restaurant 420 UAH, tschan - min.5000....sauna for 2 2000....sorry....its 3fold of comparable 4* in Poland,Romania or Ukraine) At all there were 4 couples as guests visible...maybe adjust the policies? However, thank you very much for the gift package!! 9.11.2024 location,pool and breakfast still top,staff very pleasant...but some organisational lacks still appear...

I paid for a 5-star hotel and got a 3-star hotel They can only say it's a 5 star hotel to people who don't know what a real 5 star hotel is . The food at breakfast and dinner is the lowest level I have ever eaten. The food in the army is higher and more delicious. The shower in the room is at the level of a 3-star hotel. The price for the spa is by the hour and very expensive. The outdoor pool is very, very small. In every private house, the pool is larger and you can't sit close to the pool. The towels in the pool are very old and small. The only thing that was normal was the indoor pool, which is large.
