The hotel is excellently located, 3 minutes from the center. The service was impeccable, the hotel is clean and extremely quiet and has free parking. We also felt extremely good at the restaurant, where we spent the evening with a glass of wine. We will return whenever we decide to stay overnight in Ruse.
The service was fantastic, the rooms are newly refurbished, well equipped and comfortable with nice mattresses. The on site restaurant is excellent with great food choices and service, the oxtail from the barbecue menu was a great choice. It was a pleasure to stay and we will definitely be coming back.
A really, really great hotel - probably best value for money in town. Exceptionally clean, amazing location and with very kind and attentive staff. Highly recommended!
