Excellent Stay – Great Value in Every Way! I had a fantastic stay at Boudl Al Fayha Riyadh! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The swimming pool was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The surrounding area was also lovely, making it a great place to unwind. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit all tastes. It was a great way to start the day! I would like to specifically take a name of the hotel employee “Dawood”, who’s hospitality was superb to us, behavior was kind and gentle. The way he treated us was generous. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value for money. The combination of excellent service, great amenities, and a comfortable stay made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again! 😊

Extremely Disappointing Experience at This Al Fayhaa Boudl Branch I always choose to stay at Boudl Hotel during my business trips. However, this particular branch was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I booked a 5-day stay, and during that time, I faced several issues: 1. Door key card malfunction: The key card was not working properly. I reported this to the reception, and they only replaced the card. However, I had to change the key card twice every day, which meant constantly going up and down—especially inconvenient as I was staying on the second floor. 2. Air conditioner issues: The air conditioning unit was poorly maintained and made loud, disturbing noises during operation. 3. Toilet problems: The toilet flush was not working properly throughout my stay. 4. Electrical socket: One of the electrical sockets in the room was not working. 5. Noise and discomfort outside the room: It was very noisy and uncomfortable in front of my room. Housekeeping staff were stationed there, and their cleaning cart was constantly placed right in front of my door, which was both unprofessional and embarrassing. 6. Staff behavior: Unfortunately, the staff at this branch were not polite or professional in their behavior. This experience was truly disappointing, and I hope appropriate action will be taken to address these issues and improve the service at this branch.
