南灣飯店 Kenting Nanwan Hotel

Amazing room with a beautiful view, and even more amazing staff. They were always friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone from reception to the cleaning lady. Even after check out they drove me to Kenting instead of letting me take the bus as I initially planned. Room was clean and I loved the tub with the view of the ocean. Will definitely return!

Wonderful quaint bed and breakfast, with great hospitality and warm service. Great for a unique family stay with rooms with tubs by the window, balconies, and rooftop pools with beautiful ocean views! The facilitates are bit on the older side and the bathroom is a more traditional style, but the place is kept impeccably clean. Breakfast was fantastic with a generous spread. 5 minute drive to the Kenting night market and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Great for a unique experience for a family stay

In the special requests, I had asked if it was possible to get one of the jacuzzi rooms, but I knew it might not be possible. My payment went through and it was confirmed. My gf and I waited until check in and were very tired after two nights camping, driving in the sun. They informed us they had cancelled the reservation on account of their inability to provide a jacuzzi. I think they simply used this excuse because they overbooked. They offered a family room (for 4 people) on the first floor with no view that looked nothing like any of the pictures for 600 ntd more. Excuse me, you cancelled my reservation, didn’t contact me about it, and now you want me to pay more?! I see in the other reviews many say it doesn’t look like the pictures. Don’t expect a jacuzzi or a view, and expect it to be a LOT older than their pictures. Also, the driveway is super sketchy and a bit dangerous and it’s further away from Nanwan than it seems on Google as there’s not a convenient crosswalk near there. I wouldn’t book this one online- ask to see the room before you pay. Edit: the owner is lying in her reply. It was not s cancelled by the third-party app. The third party won’t cancel (and lose money), they informed me the request may not be met and I can’t cancel if it isn’t (and I knew that). If the third party (trips.com) had cancelled, they would’ve informed me, unlike this hotel. Why lie? Just apologize and offer a discount.
