Horrible. Noisy. Dirty. Cold. You can hear every word from the neighbors. Mosquitoes coming out of the noisy AC. This indicates it hasn’t been cleaned for decades. The AC which according to the staff can’t be turned up more than 20 degrees. We were freezing accordingly. I told the receptionist whereas he was laughing at me saying this was normal in Taiwan that there is no heating. After 4 months of staying in uncountable taiwanese accommodations I have never had this problem with an AC. Besides, the room is not clean. Neither the window, nor mirror, nor floor, nor bathroom. It’s disgusting. We paid more than 100 USD / night which is ridiculously expensive for the outcome. Who assigned this hotel 3 stars?! On Agoda they even claim 4 stars. This is big a scam.
