I would 100% stay here again; loved it! Charming countryside location that’s also a short driving distance from city conveniences. Plenty of space, parking, peace and quiet. The host and owner are both incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they respond quickly and proactively to any requests or questions. Fast internet connection, full sized fridge, powerful shower with plenty of hot water, and lots of outdoor spaces are additional benefits. For those who like to walk or run, the neighborhood has lots of country roads that wind through farmland and connect to hills, shrines, and the bay. Excellent commute location for those working in the Kin area. Right across the street is a small farm stand with fresh vegetables and fruit that change every 2-3 days, and there are a couple small restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for a peaceful Okinawa experience and a base from which to explore the incredible scenery of the north and central parts of the island. Note: this is a great place for short or long stays (I stayed for a month), but for those who pack a lot, there is no closet to hang clothes.

The owner recently added fiber internet so it is an excellent place to stay for long periods and work remotely, especially if you are a digital nomad. It is so peaceful at night I wish I could stay for another month.
