歸璞泊旅 Hotel Beore

This hotel sets the gold standard in hospitality, design, and comfort. The staff was extremely helpful and genuinely hospitable. They helped orient us around the area, arranged bicycles for us, and the manager even helped lead us to the appropriate cycling path around Sun Moon Lake. The rooms are cozy and utilize space in a sleek and functional manner. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was included and was a thoughtfully curated and delicious spread of both Taiwanese and western cuisine. The location is right next to Shuishe Pier and multiple 7-11s for convenience. I highly recommend this place and wish we could have stayed longer.

The service is exceptional. The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. The manager himself adjusted seats of all of our bikes (hotel provides bikes) and led us to the start of the bikeway. We got stranded on the opposite of the lake having missed the last ferry and the hotel helped us call a car. The rooms are well appointed, clean, and modern. Beds are comfortable. Showers are clean and amenities are nice. The location is very convenient. Highly recommend. Would stay again, but also hope it won't become more popular. It's a gem.

The helpful and friendly staff are what makes this hotel a 5 star. I received many recommendations - such as what bike routes I should take to visit all scenic spots. In particular, xiaoma was very helpful for suggesting where to go to get good food (since around the lake, there wasn’t too many options.) He also was patient with me while I was swapping out my bike options. Rooms are nice and cozy, free snacks and drinks from the mini fridge . More free snacks during happy hour on the top floor of the hotel. Location is prime, 5 minutes from sun moon lake, and 3 minutes from shuishe area( 711, bus stop, restaurants, bakery.) They also have free parking and free bike rentals (manual and electric) for guests.
