The host is very friendly and helpful, he went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The place is extremely clean. Water temperature in the onsen is also good.

It was a perfect accommodation experience. Our family stayed here for two nights. The owner was very nice and attentive. He was also good with children and he understood Chinese. The shop owner was very enthusiastic and provided a pick-up and drop-off service for our family. Since we do not have an international driving license, this was a very helpful service, thank you very much. He also introduced us to surrounding attractions and provided suggestions for our itinerary. The room is large and very clean. My mother is a germophobe and she gave it full marks. There is a hot spring in the house. You need to book it in advance. You can also book the self-service barbecue service in the lobby. You can buy meat from a nearby supermarket and barbecue it. In short, the experience was no worse than that of a big hotel. I am very grateful to the owner for these two nights, which added an unforgettable memory to our Kyushu trip.

유후인 터미널까지 픽업해주러 오시면서 의사소통도 잘되고 친절하게 응대해 주셨어요. 숙소에서 온센이용법이나 모든 질문에 최선을 다해 주시네요 ^^ 료칸은 시간대별로 50분을 이용할 수 있는데 온천수도 깨끗하고 샤워기 수압도 좋아서 여행피로를 풀기엔 제격이었어요. 숙소에 자판기가 없었지만 사장님께서 편의점까지 픽업해주셔 맛난 기린맥주를 마실 수 있었어요. 공용거실에서 다음날 모닝커피하기에도 편안해서 일본분위기를 맘껏 느끼고 왔습니다 ~ 퇴실할때 킨린호수까지 픽업해 주셨고 그 큰 캐리어를 보관할 꿀팁까지 알려주셨네요. 가족여행으로 일본 오랜만에 왔는데 4명 모두 만족한 료칸여행이었습니다 ^^
