Champaner Heritage Resort

Just spent time at Champaner Heritage Resort, and it was a refreshing experience overall! Property & Atmosphere: Spread across 45 acres, the resort is truly a heritage gem surrounded by nature, including beautiful mango trees. The peaceful environment and well-maintained landscape make it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Accommodation & Activities: • The tents are comfortable and add to the charm of the stay. • The open swimming pool is a great spot to unwind. • Kayaking was a highlight – well-organized and fun. • They also have engaging activities for kids, which is a big plus for families. Hospitality: The hospitality was excellent – the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay. Food: This is the only area that needs improvement. While the meals were decent, the flavors and variety could be better to match the rest of the experience. Overall: Champaner Heritage Resort offers a great mix of nature, adventure, and comfort. With a little more focus on the food, it could easily be a perfect getaway spot.

We had very comfortable and luxurious stay for two nights. It’s very well maintained property, staff is very courteous and taking care of guests very well. Food is very tasty. Recommend as must to see this property.

This property have 2 type of options to stay, heritage rooms at main complex and tent accommodation outside the main complex ,we had stayed at heritage rooms and review is as per our experience at staying at heritage room. We had stayed there on weekend for a night at heritage room. Location: Location is away from main road in country side ,that's its USP but at the same time little bit difficult to reach if there is network problem and map not working ,we faced little bit. Staff: Best part of property was staff ,they made the difference ,all courteous and know what they need to do. ,5 out of 5 for staffs. Property: Campus is huge situated with hundreds of Mango trees, Heritage block,restaurant and one swimming pool is situated inside the main campus. Swimming pool was good . Room and bathroom: I can understand it's a heritage property but still you need to maintain it.Railing of balcony of room looks rusted and damaged and seriously needs renovation. Bathroom and meetings were too basic, needs to be renovated too.Bed and furniture was ok.In the name of amenity very basic shampoo and conditioner . Towels were too old and hard, same for bed covers,these needs to be replaced soon. Meals: Extremely basic ,had buffet dinner and breakfast ,it doesn't justify the price at all,taste was food was good should have more items. Only one item ,veg kabab and dahi Manipuri for starter ,only moongdal halwa for dessert ,even main course item were limited. Same for breakfast ,should have add more items and also live counter for at least Dosa. Property have few activities like Archery,Kayaking,Hiking but as it was drizzling throughout our stay we preferred to enjoy our stay and meal only. Overall this place have great potential but need to improve things as stated above, can be am excellent place for get together or short staycation.
