Old and spacious rooms which look for a change. Very good vegetarian restaurant downstairs. Beautiful location and connectivity. But for today's standards the room's need complete make over.
Reception and service personnel are well mannered. But rooms are not at all clean. Toiletries were not there. Windows couldn't get closed. We have never experienced this kind of poor facilities in our state of Bengal.
Food is worst. Dont ever stop here gor food. Manager is so arrogant. Not even bothered to check the problem. He by himself says everything is fine in our hotel. Even street side food is far better than this hotel's food. We all had severe motions after consuming food here. Be careful if any one is trying food here. A worst hotel in Hyderabad i can say confidently
