The resort is situated in the amidst of forest. It is a nature's paradise. We stayed near to the Brook that runs through the property and it was a great holiday for us. Our kids enjoyed a lot. Thank you Brookside.

Mesmerizing Monsoon Getaway at Abad Brookside Lakkidi! We stayed at Abad Brookside Lakkidi during the monsoon season, and it was absolutely magical! The entire resort was wrapped in mist, the sound of the flowing stream nearby was so soothing, and the lush greenery was at its peak — a true paradise for nature lovers. It’s the best resort in Wayanad for couples and families alike. Our cottage was warm and inviting, with a perfect view of the rain-drenched forest. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious with good local options. Waking up to the sound of rain and sipping tea on the balcony was one of the highlights of our trip. If you're visiting Wayanad during the monsoon, Abad Brookside Lakkidi is a must-stay! Can’t recommend it enough — already planning our next visit.

Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at this resort and was thoroughly unimpressed. The pool was dirty, and there were no towels available nearby, despite a towel box being present. The food was served to our room, but the staff didn't collect the plates promptly, even after we handed them over. The room itself was poorly maintained and felt like a lodge. The lack of cleanliness and attention to detail was disappointing. Given the reviews on MakeMyTrip, I had high expectations, but this place fell short. The kids' play area was a letdown - it was muddy and the equipment wasn't functional. We also experienced multiple power cuts during our stay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this resort. It wasn't worth the money, and I regret booking it. Perhaps they need to work on their maintenance and service to live up to their online reputation.
