The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the amenities are top-notch. The location was excellent, the breakfast, lunch, and dinner was delicious, and the room was nice and clean. I also want to give a special shout-out to the staff, particularly Mr Sagar Gawade, who were incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for providing such excellent.
Okaish experience. Not value for money. You can get better hotels with same price. However cleanliness is good. Ambience is good. Service can be improved.
I’m going to describe my experience at this hotel in Goa as utterly disappointing. The service was abysmal; the staff, including the manager, displayed a complete lack of hospitality and courtesy. The food was stale and inedible, making the dining experience miserable. The room was not up to the mark either, and overall, the experience was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
