Hilton Mumbai International Airport Hotel

Greetings of the day! I stayed at the Hilton Hotel for one day during a work trip, and I had a truly pleasant experience. I would especially like to appreciate Chris Borges from the in-room dining service for his outstanding hospitality. Chris Borges went above and beyond his service was prompt, professional, and very courteous. Along with delivering my order with care, he also gave his time to guide me about some nearby tourist attractions, which added a personal touch to my short stay. Despite being in town for work, I was able to explore a few local spots thanks to his helpful recommendations. A big thank you to Chris Borges and Hilton team for making my stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend the hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and professional service. Everyone we interacted with—reception, housekeeping, and restaurant staff—was courteous and eager to assist. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our experience.

The hotel has a charming colonial-era mansion-inspired design, with elegant interiors, high ceilings, chandeliers, and vintage-style décor. It feels cozy and luxurious, a blend of classic and modern. Spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Comfortable beds, good soundproofing despite the airport proximity, and all expected amenities. Some guests note the rooms could use slight modernization, but overall they’re well-maintain. The Brasserie (multi-cuisine restaurant) is praised for its breakfast buffet and attentive service. Lounge Bar offers a good cocktail menu and snacks. Food quality is consistently rated good to excellent, especially for international travelers. Outdoor pool with a relaxing courtyard setting. Well-equipped fitness center. Spa services available. Multiple conference/banquet facilities for business travelers.
