We stayed just one night, but it felt like a mini vacation in itself. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was awesome. The amenities were excellent especially the pool, which was sparkling clean and ideal for both kids and adults to relax. The rooms were pretty, clean and well maintained. The in house restaurant surprised us with its quality and variety of flavorful dishes, quick service, and a cozy ambiance that made our dinner memorable. The hotel struck a perfect balance between comfort and class, which made our stay feel special. Whether you're stopping by for a night or planning a longer stay, this place delivers beyond expectations. We’ll definitely be back for a longer visit!

We truly can't put into words how much we enjoyed our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations — the rooms were immaculate, the service was flawless, and the restaurant offered delicious food. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality and warm, courteous behavior of the staff. They made us feel completely at home. It was such a memorable experience that my daughter was in tears when we had to leave. We’ll definitely carry these beautiful memories with us and hope to return soon.

‏The resort enjoys a truly stunning view and an excellent location, offering great potential for a memorable stay. However, it is in need of substantial refurbishment, as most of the facilities are outdated. ‏Our booking was made with the expectation of a peaceful view, but we were surprised to find ongoing construction work directly in sight, accompanied by constant noise. The balcony doors were old and did not close properly, allowing the sound to carry clearly into the room. This caused significant disturbance both during the day — due to construction — and at night, with the noise of insects and animals. The result was a highly disrupted and uncomfortable sleep. ‏The staff are generally kind, but they require comprehensive retraining in guest interaction, as they currently lack even the most basic standards of hospitality and professional etiquette. This is essential to ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed and valued. ‏Cleanliness also requires urgent improvement. The water bottles provided in the rooms were not properly clean, with food residue or dirt visible on their caps — something entirely unacceptable in a hospitality setting. Additionally, the hotel and its facilities carry an old, musty smell that makes the atmosphere unpleasant. ‏The food needs substantial enhancement, ideally under the guidance of a more skilled and professional chef, to improve both quality and variety. The cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant also need much closer attention. ‏Updating the furniture, especially the beds — which are currently worn out and uncomfortable — is essential. These improvements, combined with better facility maintenance, would greatly enhance guest comfort. ‏The location and scenery set high expectations, but unfortunately, the reality fell short. With the right investment in upgrades, strict hygiene practices, noise management, and professional staff training, this resort could truly match the beauty of its surroundings. ‏Overall, I was not happy with my stay and would not choose to return under the current conditions.
