Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport

Fantastic place to rest during a long layover. We had 6 hours between our international and domestic flight and booked a queen room in the T3 domestic wing. We thought our luggage would transfer (same carrier) but it did not. Mr Anand went above and beyond to help in arranging a porter to help us with our luggage, get us through baggage drop, and saw us safely into our short but restful stay. The shower was clean and hot and room service available 24/7. The food was amazing. I almost wish our layover were longer! White glove service, will continuously recommend.

The hotel itself is lovely… the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I had a very special experience at the Spa, I have gotten massages all over the world but never a massage like this one. The therapist was like a doctor found all my problem areas and did an amazing job working them. At the gym the team member was very helpful while I was lifting, including helping me add and remove weights, then getting water, etc. At breakfast folks were very kind and said hello and inquired about my trip. Just showed genuine human interest. Overall a wonderful experience.

Stayed for a week during an official visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Service is excellent. Rooms are clean and with best amenities. Would have been better if finger bowls were provided at the breakfast table on request rather than asking to go to the toilet to wash hands! Indian food is to be savoured by hand and not by knife and fork! Overall good hotel with excellent staff.
