Courtyard by Marriott Bandung Dago

We stayed one night at King Premium room, room was spacious, very clean with King size bed with 4 pillows, there were a long sofa attached to the window so we could chill drinking coffee while seeing through the city view outside. All staff were beyond friendly & fast responded, especially when we asked for additional towel & blanket, not longer than 10 minutes 👏🏻 The hotel was very strategic, we could reach riau street within walks, there were many cafes, restaurants, street foods & factory outlets. It was a gloomy saturday, so we decided to morning walk until braga street, it was fun since the weather was nice, birds were chirping & many people did morning run & walk. A nice experience, we think we’ll be back stay here again in the future. Thank you for the warmth & friendly welcome courtyard 🙏🏻

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and great amenities. I especially appreciated the complimentary water and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect — close to major attractions, yet peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety which changes everyday. My only minor issue was the swimming pool needs refurbishing as it really looks old and needs to be well maintained. Overall, I’d definitely return and recommend this hotel to others looking for a relaxing and convenient stay. Shout out to Aditka for helping me out with check in and check out.

Comfortable stay in general with good breakfast buffet spread. However the room we stayed in was a bit cramp, we arrived late around almost five but even then our rooms weren't ready and we had to wait almost half an hour, there was no teaspoon for the coffee and tea. The hotel staff were nice enough to give us a, welcome cake and fruits but again, no cutlery so we couldn't eat the cake properly. Had to also remind and call for laundry twice which only arrived at night despite sending it early morning. Overall good stay but inconsistent service which they need to improve on.
