Berasa nostalgia ada disini, always been a pleasure to be in the heart of banjarmasin .. the room is quite spacious and clean, the food is good enough especially for traditional snack like bingka berendam.. and the staffs are helpful dan nice.. especially mbak catharina that great us with her kindness
Old property, old environment. Not easy to access the room by yourself. So complicated room design. Very..very bad services. Worst services that I ever get from hotel (called them international). Not give solutions to their customer/guest. Not even can accept online delivery in the receptionist. Will be my first and last to stay in here. For me, in the hotel customer services is the most important.
