Comfy room, clean bathroom with a tub and hot water. Walkable to Nagoya mall or Nagoya foodcourt. One of the best spot to enjoy Batam's night vibes. Glad I chose the breakfast. The menu included both Western and local dishes, and everything was really tasty!
DO NOT BOOK – Hotel is Closed! This hotel has been closed for about a month, but it's still listed as available on Agoda. We booked and paid via Agoda with no warning or notice of the closure. When we arrived, the gate was shut, and only then were we informed by someone on-site that the hotel is no longer operating. Thankfully, they transferred us to another hotel (Harmoni One & Convention Centre), but it’s 20 minutes away from Nagoya Hill, which was not what we wanted. This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially with elderly members. Please be aware – do not book this hotel until it's confirmed to be open again.
One the worst to stay as of Feb 2025. Not even worth a star. My second time to Batam but never expected this. Go at your own risk. Service screwed. Get ready to be cheated. Breakfast is almost empty by 9am, Their jacuzzi is also under maintenance. Rooms will not have hot water where the hotels water heating system has been down for probably months as such do not be convinced by their bathtub photos. Check for yourself than you will know. They will boil water and send it to your rooms in big pails of water.
