Sutasoma Hotel at The Tribrata Dharmawangsa

Been here couples time. Not a “big” hotel but everything is organized and well prepared. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here, as always. The staff really helpful and friendly. Something about this place that make it feels like home. On this trip we got a bunch of desert and snacks as a welcome amenities 🥰 I really recommend this hotel. And thanks to Mas Lexi for helping us in restaurant today.

We had a nice room with a comfy bed, clean bathroom, very friendly and helpful staff that helped us with a few special requests, and also offered us some additional breakfast options. At breakfast, our waiter Lexi was very forthcoming. Last but not least, amazing breakfast buffet.

During our stay at the Sutasoma Hotel, we were often helped by Lexi at breakfast and in the evening while enjoying a nice drink. He is a hard worker and truly very helpful, always doing his job with a smile, which gave our mornings and evenings an extra cheerful atmosphere. Azis, Lexi’s manager, is incredibly helpful — truly a great guy. He helped us with everything and made us laugh. Whenever he was around, we had a great day. Queenta Camilla and the other staff members were also extremely helpful and made our stay at the Sutasoma Hotel a wonderful experience.
