good staff, good location, good view, good sunset from the room, lobby and both restaurant. We loved our stay at Grand Seminyak! The location is perfect—right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. Our suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. The rooftop bar, infinity pool, and breakfast were all fantastic. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway or romantic trip!

WOW, What an amazing hotel! Our experience excelled our prior holiday stays in Bali.The staff are so attentive and accommodating and gracious, always smiling and caring. The location is beachfront and very walkable to so many shops, cafes etc However, we never left the resort to eat/dine, as both dining venues were fabulous, especially the Moonlite restaurant watching the sunsets. Live music every night and other entertainment. The rooms are so spacious and generous with a separate dressing room, huge bathroom and ocean views from the bedroom and balcony. I had a beautiful relaxing and glowing facial at The Spa, so peaceful and just felt like a princess! Unfortunately, I cannot remember all the names of the wonderful staff at breakfast, the pool area, the gorgeous staff at reception, the housekeepers and Moonlite restaurant - just made us feel so special and looked after. But why only 3 stars when rooms, staff & everything else I’ve rate 5 stars. The noise! Was interesting today around the pool & terrace area. They have this rock concert type bank of speakers. Just repetitive DJ type music blasting out. My wife got them to turn it down a bit. Other guests came over & thanked my wife. Most of the loungers & tables close to the speakers were not being used & come sunset cocktail time as the sound volume increased, less guests stayed. Apart from breakfast we are not using the restaurants because of the noise & we won’t use the pool area tomorrow. Just back from dinner and the music is blasting into our ocean view room & I’ve put ear plugs in.,
