I had a great stay at the Mercure Hotel! A big thank you to Thomas for arranging everything so smoothly—it really made a difference. I stayed for two nights, and everything from the food to the service was excellent. The staff, especially at reception, were incredibly friendly and obliging. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!
The hotel lobby, lift and corridor feels like sauna 🥲🥲 The price is cheap comparing to other cities. Overall layout design is compact and smartly executed. The fruits is okay but the breakfast menu is bad, they should improve that. P.S. the comments about accor member privilege is verified. they need to introduce more perks like other hotels. late check out here only by 3pm when usually other places that 5pm is okay.
The true measure of a hotel is how they deal with different situations. The customer service here is poor. We requested to change the date of a booking that they know was made by mistake. They refuse. Go to other hotels with better customer service. Update: swiss bell hotel is much better and nearby.
