Very warm welcoming team at every position. Good selection at breakfast both in the restaurant and the Sky Lounge. We liked the location across the street from the mall which seems to have a never ending selection of food stalls. Safe area as we walked around the block every morning without a concern. Hotel is also taking strides to be eco friendly but will accommodate a guest when needed, example would be AC temp in the room. Lastly, they put a little special touch for my wife’s birthday. Great value for the nightly rate.

I stayed at Alila Solo for one night with my family, including my elderly grandma. We requested an elderly-friendly room, and the staff was very kind and helpful. They provided a wheelchair and special parking, which made things so much easier. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were welcomed with snacks, also birthday decorations as requested. There was a small issue with the toilet that needs maintenance, but it didn’t affect our overall stay. The other facilities were also great. Clean gym and pool. Breakfast was delicious and had many options.

Nice hotel but!! Is the only hotel where the pool is already closed at 18:00 hours? Totally ridiculous till 20:00 is more standard. At the moment they don’t serve alcohol, but they cannot help that that’s government. The upgrade from standard to luxury room is not worth it The room is the same only difference is sauna and lounge which is also not very special. The staff is super friendly and helpful!!!
