We had to cancel our stay at the last minute because of the cancellation of flights to Israel and of the Maccabea Games. This all happened at the last minute and well after our cancellation date. Sea N Rent could have just taken our money and there would not have been anything we could have done about it. Instead they engaged with us very reasonably. They did everything in their power to re-rent the apartment - which they eventually did. And then they refunded us the amount we paid. What they did was above and beyond what they needed to. I could not recommend them higher. We will definitely come back to them for our next trip to Israel.

As an American traveler, I felt taken advantage of. 😔 We booked an apartment in Israel and paid a $3,400 deposit. When war broke out, our flight was canceled for safety reasons. We immediately notified the company with proof, but they refused a refund and only offered a voucher. 💔 I don’t know why they offered a voucher, who knows when or if I’ll ever be able to go back to Israel again? That felt like a way to hold onto our money with no real solution. No empathy, no flexibility, just cold, unhelpful responses during a crisis. I trusted them with my money and was completely let down. Please don’t book directly. Use Airbnb or a platform that offers real protection. This company showed zero care for its customers. ❌✈️💸😱😭 Even the airlines El-Al gave me back my money for my flight to Israel and put me and my family up in a hotel for three days.😔 More than I could SAY for this company.😡😡🤬😭
