We stayed at the hotel in June, everything was amazing! The staffs welcoming, we were introduced to hotel facilities and taken to our rooms. The food at restaurant is above and beyond, the buffet area has many selections bedsides 3 course meal, breakfast also has a lot to choose from. The room is spacious and clean, our little one enjoyed her own bed, also kids robe and slippers were provided. There’s also a kids play area where there’s a staff to play with the kid from 5pm during our stay. Shout out to the lovely lady Noemi, my daughter enjoyed her company a lot! There’s also a rock climbing room by the spa which is available for both adult and children. The pool area and SPA amenities are also very nice and well maintained, we can’t wait to visit again soon!
One of my favorite stays ever. The hotel is immaculate in every way. The highlight of our stay was the half board package. We were treated to an array of options for dinner, which was all truly super delicious. You are served a 3 course menu and have an extra option to get light starters from the buffet as well. Breakfast was also great and served healthy and fresh options. The spa and gym facilities were breathtaking. The room was quite spacious and felt homey. The only downside was that there was a heatwave but the A/C was still in heating mode. I believe the hotel hadn’t switched the entire hotel system to cooling in anticipation for the weather to cool again. Staying in the room in the afternoon was unbearably warm. But the weather got very cool at night so we had the windows open. Service was exceptional. Big thank you to G from the restaurant for always making us smile with your great energy. Reception abs concierge were also always super helpful. I’ll be dreading to return again to this property.
This hotel, as I expected, did not disappoint me at all. Everything was beautiful. The hotel facilities are diverse with a high quality. The staff are friendly and greet you with a wonderful smile. All the staff provide service with great professionalism. I will definitely book at this place again.
